On the ground floor: tiled entrance hall with guest cloakroom; dining area with dining table seating up to 6 people leading to a spacious living room with open fire and French doors to verandah; colour TV, video and DVD player and mini-music system in living room; beamed ceilings; well-equipped, modern fitted kitchen with breakfast area and ceramic-tiled floor; electric oven and hob, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave oven, refrigerator and small freezer.

On the first floor: main bedroom with velux windows in sloping ceiling, period furniture, hanging rail, full length mirror, hairdryer; second large bedroom with twin beds and plenty of hanging space; single bedroom with single divan bed and velux window; bathroom with over-bath shower. The view from the velux windows to the village duckpond is shown in the bottom left picture.

Outside: to the rear and side of the cottage is a small, enclosed garden (backing onto a field) with bench, fruit trees, rotary airer. The games room has a blower heater and is accessed from the garden and equipped with table football, darts and a selection of toys; garden furniture and barbecue.
